Refund Policy for Training and Internship Program SHAMIIT

OffcampusCareer (SHAMIIT), we are committed to providing high-quality training and internship experiences to our participants. However, we understand that circumstances may arise that necessitate the cancellation or refund of program fees. Therefore, we have established the following refund policy:

  1. Cancellation by Participant:
    • If a participant wishes to cancel their enrollment in the training or internship program, they must notify us in writing at least 10 days prior to the start date of the program.
    • A full refund of the program fees, minus any administrative fees, will be provided for cancellations made within the specified timeframe.
    • Cancellations made less than 7 days before the start date of the program may be subject to partial or no refund, at our discretion.
  2. Cancellation by OffcampusCareer:
    • In the unlikely event that we need to cancel or reschedule a training or internship program, participants will be notified promptly.
    • Participants will have the option to receive a full refund of the program fees or transfer their enrollment to a future program date, at no additional cost.
  3. Non-Attendance or Partial Participation:
    • Participants who fail to attend or partially participate in the training or internship program will not be eligible for a refund of program fees.
    • Refunds will not be provided for missed sessions, late arrivals, or early departures from the program.
  4. Refund Processing:
    • Refund requests must be submitted in writing to our support team at support@offcampuscareer.com.
    • Refunds will be processed within 2 business days from the date of receipt of the refund request.
    • Refunds will be issued using the original method of payment.
    • Redunds will be done within 5 business days from the date of receipt of the refund request.

Eligibility for Refund:
Participants are eligible for a refund under certain conditions, including cancellation of enrollment within the specified timeframe and compliance with the terms outlined in the refund policy.

Refund Requests:
All refund requests must be submitted in writing to our support team at support@offcampuscareer.com and include relevant details such as participant information, program name, and reason for the refund.

Refund Determination:
Refund eligibility and the amount of refund will be determined based on the terms outlined in the refund policy and the specific circumstances of each request.

Non-Refundable Situations:
Certain situations, such as non-attendance, partial participation, or failure to comply with program requirements, may be deemed non-refundable at the discretion of OffcampusCareer.
